Arts & Mental Health Workshop in English – Assertive Communication and Setting Boundaries

Are you looking for new ways to take care of your emotional well-being while exploring your creativity? Then this workshop is for you! We invite you to join our workshop where we combine art with mental health to create a space for expression and self-care. In this workshop, you will learn more about what assertive communication is, the different types of relationships and how to respect and stand up for your personal boundaries. You will also do some yarn art crafts to express yourself creatively and visualise the importance of personal boundaries. You don t need previous experience in art or mental health, just a desire to explore and grow!

and József Attila, Pilinkszky János, this year on the 15th of February, we are going to evoke Nemes Nagy Ágnes by reading her works on the occasion of his birthday's 100th anniversary.

12th International Reading Marathon: József Attila - 2020

The main organizer of the 12^th International Reading Marathon is the Kájoni János County Library of Csíkszereda with the support of the Harghita County Council. Last year this cross-border eveniment had more than 33.000 participants from 12 countries and 292 locations!

After the works of all the greatest authors such as Benedek Elek, Orbán Balázs, Jókai Mór, Arany János, Gárdonyi Géza, Móricz Zsigmond, Kányádi Sándor, Tamási Áron, Szabó Magda, Petőfi Sándor and Radnóti Miklós, this year on the 18^th of February, we are going to evoke József Attila (1905-1937) by reading his works on the occasion of his birth's 115^th anniversary.
