The Flying Freedom Festival began with a read out evening in the lecture hall of the Kájoni János County Library, on the 3rd of August, 2015. French, Czech, Hungarian, American, Portuguese, Slovenian, Swedish, Italian, Romanian and Palestinian artists read out on their mother language from several literary works, as well as the sonnets of William Shakespeare.
