The 23rd meeting of the Reading Club analyzed this time a pretty interesting 17th century travel diary. Kozma Mária presented his analytic review on the diary of Evlia Cselebi. The relation of Hungary and Transylvania is presented from the perspective of the conqueror Ottoman Empire by the 17th century Turkish traveler, Evlia Cselebi, who was born in 1611 in Istabul. She chronicled her experiences of her trips during her life.
